The saw the need for some level of renovation and we subsequently made contact with team at WAM Renovations. From our first meeting Sasha’s ability to visualise an end product and communicate it to a client was obvious. Her knowledge of interior design concepts gave us the confidence to proceed. Most appreciated was Sasha communicating the opportunities that the renovation presented to us to future proof the house and add value as well. We took those opportunities and are very glad to have done so. Renee’s project management experience is impressive as is her management of the trades. She was always ahead of the game and kept us fully informed. A great communicator focussed on quality and on-schedule delivery to client satisfaction. The completed renovation has exceeded all expectations and as a bonus provided us with a rewarding, hassle-free experience. We have recently moved into our beautiful renovated unit in Jolimont. When we bought the unit it was still in its original state with a kitchen and bathroom crying out for an upgrade. We engaged WAM Renovations and couldn’t be happier with the work done and the level of service. Maria, Sasha, Renee and their team did a wonderful job, they were super professional and most importantly timely thanks to some excellent project management. We were consulted and kept up to date on the progress at all times. No query or issue was too small or left unanswered or unresolved. The quality of work done is excellent. We really appreciate the ideas and suggestions offered and are so happy we took Maria’s advice and removed some walls to create a beautiful open plan kitchen and living area tastefully decorated and furnished thanks to Sasha’s astute guidance. From my very first chat with Maria about the Reno design and possibilities I knew we had finally found an experienced builder we could trust and warmly relate to. I recently had my original early 1970s kitchen and bathroom completely renovated by Maria and her team at WAM Renovations and the difference is jaw dropping! I was very lucky to find Maria. I had engaged another kitchen company and was let down badly. Maria’s experience, ideas and product knowledge turned a costly disaster into my extraordinary and beautiful kitchen. Maria is honest, straight with you. She doesn’t cut corners, and she is so experienced she doesn’t have to. Maria will not risk damage to your home – it’s safe in her hands. The new design was so much better than the first one – it gave me much more storage, and a separate laundry, with even more storage! Friends, family and especially my lovely neighbours who knew it well before are just amazed at its transformation. Living here is so easy, so nice. I’m so proud to have people in my home. Maria has an amazing trades team. Not only are they all really nice people, they have high level skills, and are very experienced in renovation work and dealing with tricky problems thrown up in renos. And it showed - it was extraordinary to see them all working alongside each other seamlessly. She has pulled a dream team together and they all make it look easy. Her attention to detail is second to none, she knows exactly what is happening, who and what is needed, and when, and then she schedules quotes, materials, and everyone into the project when they needed to be there. I was back in my beautiful little house in less than a month! I am in awe of Maria and look forward to working together on more projects in the future. Since meeting Maria all I’ve done is tell colleagues and friends how amazing she is. I went from a kitchen reno disaster to this stunning transformation, and I can’t thank Maria enough for taking the project on and planning and executing the project to perfection. We have recently purchased an apartment which was built around 2001. It required a total overhaul.Basically, only the walls were remaining and all else including flooring had to be guttered. We contacted several building Co’s and eventually settled on WAM Renovations. So glad we DID. Maria (the owner), her staff and team of trades people have been fantastic. Maria has great insight. She is full of positive ideas and suggestions. If we were unsure about something Maria was always on call to assist us and guide us. Any hiccups along the way she was quick to find a solution. We found Maria to be very finnicky with even the smallest detail and would always spot something not right before anyone else. She takes pride in the finished product and close enough in not good enough for her. All areas must be 100% spot on. There was a couple of times Maria was not totally happy with certain aspects so she made her tradies re do the task to her standards. Rene is Maria’s sight manager. A true firecracker, in all the right areas. Quick to get things achieved and completed. Rene was always in attendance to make sure trades personal, deliveries, appliances etc were all undertaken in the correct manner and that all work was completed efficiently and to Maria’s and her client’s high standards. A very BIG thankyou to Maria and Greg, Rene, the tradies and all the WAM renovations team. We are so happy and pleased with the finished product and all renovations undertaken. It was a huge job. Amazing effort by all.

I would say come and see the work they have done on my kitchen, laundry and outdoor kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all my questions.

All your staff are very easy to work with, have a good knowledge base and understanding of what we are trying to achieve, lead times are generally really good [we all get under the pump at times] and quality is getting even better than what I thought was already good, so thank you for your service and barring anything unforeseen we will continue to support you into the future.
